Crafted for convenience and adaptability, the Zip and Link Platform Top Divan Bed Base offers a smart, dual-purpose design. Its unique construction features two separate bases that can be joined together effortlessly using included linking bars at both the head and foot ends. This allows you to quickly transform the setup from a spacious single bed into a larger, joined bed, offering exceptional flexibility for your room layout. Built with high-quality white wood timber, this sturdy bed base is compatible with all types of mattresses. It comes equipped with linking bars and sleek chrome-effect glides for a stylish finish. You can customize the base to match your decor, as it’s upholstered in a wide selection of fabric colors. To maximize your space, various drawer storage options are also available. The bed is offered in two lengths to suit your needs:

6ft 3inch (approximately 190 cm)
6ft 6inch (approximately 198 cm)

Please note: The product includes the bed base only. Mattresses and headboards are sold separately. For a seamless setup, you can add one of our three mattress options to your order, which includes two zip-and-link mattresses in the correct size. You can also purchase a separate Mattress Zip to create a custom zip-and-link solution with any other mattress from our range. This bed base works with a variety of headboard styles. Delivery Lead Time
We aim to deliver all items within 3-10 Working Days but also offer a flexible delivery service to cater around your schedule (call us for special requirements).

Standard Lead Times:

Below are the standard lead times, however these can vary depending on the factors beyond our control, like, weather, unexpected events / accidents etc. In situations like that, please allow us to work with the delivery company to have this resolved.

Fabric Samples – 3-5 working days
Beds and Mattresses – 3-7 working days
Headboards – 3-7 Working Days
Storage Boxes – 3-7 working days

Please note that for deliveries to Scottish Highlands we estimate delivery within 5-15 working days. This will also incur additional charges. If you receive a delivery slot and you choose to reschedule, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in getting your order booked for a new delivery date.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands there are additional charges payable due to the location however we can offer free delivery to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port or storage facility etc. Onward Overseas shipping fees from that point is the responsibility of the Buyer. Quotes for onward shipping can be provided upon request where possible.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we deliver to most postcodes multiple times a week, so where possible, we can help you choose a delivery day that works best for you.

Our standard lead time is 3–7 working days, but if you need to delay your delivery, or want us to hold your order, that’s not a problem, just let our friendly staff know and they can take care of the rest. For delays longer than 6 months, please give us a call, and we’ll be happy to make special arrangements (Charges apply).

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver most orders within 3–10 working days, depending on your location and the type of product. Deliveries to remote areas, like the Scottish Highlands or offshore addresses including Northern Ireland, may take a little longer. Please check our delivery policy for more details.

Can you set up my new bed and take away the old one?

Yes, we offer optional assembly service. Please select the relevant option at the checkout and you will receive the Delivery and Collection Service. We also offer recycling service, where we can collect your old bed and dispose it off for a nominal charge.
