Some important aspects to consider are listed below:

- Cooling-Off Period: If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order. To cancel, we require written or verbal communication from the customer within this timeframe.

- Cancellations After 48 Hours: Each item is considered a specialist, made-to-order item and is therefore non-returnable. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee (calculated based on your order value).

- Returns After Delivery: We strongly encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before ordering. However, standard items may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 30% restocking fee may apply. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

- Mattress Policy: Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag. Once the seal is broken, the mattress cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Manufacturer’s Warranty: If a manufacturing fault is discovered with your product, it will be covered under the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which commences from the date you sign for your delivery.
Although we offer Free Delivery to Mainland UK, however there are certain Postcodes which incur additional delivery charge, therefore you are kindly requested to double check this beforehand.
2 - MAN PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE
We are now offering Premium 2 Man Delivery Service on our Bed Sets. We are offering this service FREE OF CHARGE at the moment. This delivery includes Delivery to the Room of your Choice! (T&Cs apply). The tracking is GPS Based and you can track the Delivery on the day of delivery by following the instructions sent by the delivery company. The tracking number / details will be given to you via text message therefore IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH A VALID MOBILE NUMBER.
RETURN POLICY
Just like our shipping policy, we operate a very simple and straightforward returns policy. We offer 30 Days returns on all our products, as long as the products are unused and still in the original packaging. Simply return the items and we will issue a Full Refund of the sale price. Please note that there will also be a 30% Restocking Charge payable at the time of refund, or alternatively we can deduct that from your refund. This charge covers us for the minimum expense for materials as all the beds are made to order and not usable if the order is cancelled after the items are manufactured. In case there is a defect in the item or it arrived damaged, then we would request that you immediately notify us and only sign the delivery note if you are satisfied that the goods are not damaged, and if you do see any damage, please make a note on the delivery note. In such unfortunate event, simply get in touch with us, and we will take care of the rest with minimum hassle and inconvenience to yourself.
