Hi,
After you place the order, it goes into manufacturing which takes at least one working day because all beds are made to order.
Once we dispatch the beds, they then go to our dispatch department where the beds are sorted and allocated to different couriers depending on the size, availability of the delivery etc.
The selected couriers then collect the beds from the dispatch warehouse and deliver to you directly.
In order to simplify the process we have made an arrangement where the couriers send you the tracking information and delivery date details directly to your mobile phone (via text message) to keep you informed. Therefore please ensure we have your Mobile Number.
Therefore you are kindly requested to please wait for the couriers to send you the details which will include the delivery date the tracking details too.

Absolutely!
Since we are the manufacturers therefore we can make the beds as per your requirements, however for any alterations there will be an additional charge depending on the changes required.
