SHIPPING POLICY
As all our beds are made to Order therefore Please allow between 7 - 14 days for manufacturing and dispatch before the couriers can arrange the delivery.

Our Shipping Policy is simple and straight. Once you Place the order, it goes to the manufacturing department, as all the items we sell are made to order. Once manufactured, it then goes to dispatch department. At this stage the orders are sorted and allocated to different couriers depending on the item size, weight, area etc. The couriers at this stage then have pre defined delivery time scale and they always try to meet the expected delivery times, and in case they cannot, you are kept informed during the process. Until the delivery runs are finalised, the couriers cannot issue a tracking number, therefore we cannot supply this information to our customers until then. However the arrangement we have with the couriers is to send this important information to all our customers directly via Email / Mobile Text Message (whichever is applicable). We therefore strongly recommend that you provide us with a VALID MOBILE NUMBER and AN ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS.
Although we offer Free Delivery to Mainland UK, however there are certain Postcodes which incur additional delivery charge, therefore you are kindly requested to double check this beforehand.

2 - MAN PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE

We are now offering Premium 2 Man Delivery Service on our Bed Sets. This delivery includes Delivery to the Room of your Choice and on the Date you Choose! The tracking is GPS Based and you can also see the Delivery Vehicle on the Map in realtime on the day of delivery. The tracking number / details will be given to you via text message therefore IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH A VALID MOBILE NUMBER.Â
Once your order is ready for dispatch we will get in touch to arrange the delivery for you.Â
RETURN POLICY
Just like our shipping policy, we operate a very simple and straightforward returns policy. We offer 30 Days returns on all our products, as long as the products are unused and still in the original packaging. Simply return the items and we will issue a Full Refund of the sale price. Please note that there will also be a 30% Restocking Charge payable at the time of refund, or alternatively we can deduct that from your refund. This charge covers us for the minimum expense for materials as all the beds are made to order and not usable if the order is cancelled after the items are manufactured. In case there is a defect in the item or it arrived damaged, then we would request that you immediately notify us and only sign the delivery note if you are satisfied that the goods are not damaged, and if you do see any damage, please make a note on the delivery note. In such unfortunate event, simply get in touch with us, and we will take care of the rest with minimum hassle and inconvenience to yourself.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also take payments using Paypal and Bank Transfers. In some areas we also offer Cash on Delivery Service.
